This review is from: TP-LINK TL-WA801ND Wireless N300 Access Point, 300Mbps, Multifunction, Multiple SSID
Pros: * Cheep
* Multi SSID
Cons: * Passive PoE
* Crashes after about 15 clients
* 100mbps LAN
Other Thoughts: Passive PoE works, it's not the best but at lest it allows deployment where there is no power. I haven't had issues with the default configuration besides dropping at 15 users.
I have about 15 of these deployed and they all crash at or around the 15 client mark. They still broadcast SSID but will boot everyone off and not allow new people to connect without a restart of the wireless chip. This is easiest done but changing the channel width. I leave the width at 20MHz and it appears to work a little better. 90% of the users are just cell phones that are asleep.
Luckily these are cheep enough compared to the competition that is possible to just flood the space with APs.
This review is from: Swann SWPRO-535CAM-US 720 x 480 MAX Resolution BNC Indoor/Outdoor Security Camera
Pros: Works great, very good picture
Cons: Doesn't work behind a window ><
Other Thoughts: It would be perfect if there was a switch on it to turn off nigh vision or at lest the IR LEDs. I had to temporarily mount it behind a window before spring time and it doesn't work at night at all.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: VGA/S-video/BNC to VGA Converter Switch for DVD/DVR, CCTV, Camera
Pros: Works well with tons of options
Cons: If you don't have any video on the screen, ie. out of range, you are out of luck until you hit enough buttons in the right combination.
Other Thoughts: There should be LEDs that indicate the resolution or a sliding switch or something, once you go out of range its a pain to get back to a working resolution.READ FULL REVIEW
