Pros: Great case overall, see my original review.
Cons: One thing I noticed when I had the case up and running was a strong smell, a bit like burned rubber. It took about three weeks to fully dissipate. Something to take into account when buying, and possibly for the manufacturer to address.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: LG USB 2.0 Super-Multi Portable DVD Rewriter with M-DISC Model GP50NB40
Pros: Small, works our of the box on OSX and Windows 8.1. Nicely portable.
Cons: A bit loud when it spins up (sounds like someone is chomping on discs ;). I don't mind, pretty much any drive these days is.
Other Thoughts: Didn't see the device in the eject list for Windows USB devices, was a bit surprised. I've see the mini usb header on the device cause trouble on cherry keyboards, hoping I won't have to solder this one back on in a while.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Rosewill RCX-Z775-LP 80mm Sleeve Low Profile CPU Cooler
Pros: Very quiet when it's sitting in its retail packaging doing nothing.
Cons: Pins were not expanding sufficiently to hold on to my AsRock H81 motherboard. I was really looking forward to comparing this fan to the stock intel cooler I used in an otherwise identical build. Put the cooler on the board, press down the pins, hear the click when the connectors engage, twist them to lock... do it for all four... find out I can lift the fan out without even trying hard. Spent half an hour trying to determine if I was doing something wrong.
Finally gave up and put in the intel stock cooler instead of the extra-quiet low profile fan I bought... and it works and sticks on the first try.
Angry to have wasted ten bucks on this, not worth returning.
Other Thoughts: Comes with cooling paste applied to contact area, no extra thermal paste needed. Seemed like an excessive amount.READ FULL REVIEW
