Great Card.
Pros: i5-2500k, 8gb ram, 20 inch monitor(1600x900) Almost maintains 60fps in Deus Ex, with the highest setting for all. For Modern Warfare2, fps is always around 150s. Average 50s fps, maximum 60fps in Crysis2. About an hour playing one of those games and the temperature still maintains 100~115 F.
Cons: Big. Or, My case is probably too small. So I had to move my HDD.
Overall Review: Great Card. I will try crossfire this later.
Doesn't Worth the Price
Pros: Only, Samsung made the product. Samsung products quite have good reliability depends on the products. Also, they provide good customer services in general. For this, galaxy tab 3 7.0, Samsung is the only pros.
Cons: Can't believe that this tablet has this performance in end of 2013. Games are slow, and the resolution is terrible. Very hard to read articles via web browsers. It is crazy.
Overall Review: Exchanged this one to Asus MemoPad HD7 for cheaper price. Performance WAY MUCH BETTER. Faster speed, higher resolution, and all that. The only better thing for Gal Tab 3 is, expandable memory up to 64GB. SO?
Great buy
Pros: Reliable connection Good coverage Easy installation Decent number of ethernet ports
Cons: Mobile app was little annoying during installation (multiple attempts to connect mobile to wifi message and took more than 1~3 minutes each).
Overall Review: I have been using Google Nest Wifi for a little over 4 years. It is a simple and powerful device, no doubt about it. However, I recently made a purchase (refurbished) of the Netgear Orbi RBK50 with an amazing price, and I'm very satisfied with it. I'm using Verizon Fios Gigabit plan (No Verizon router rental). When I moved to a new house last year, I was not able to connect the Google router directly to my PC due to the LAN line location (it was only available in the kitchen). I had to leave my router in the kitchen and place the google satellite in my office room upstairs. And I only had an old and slow USB wifi adapter. It gave me about 100 mbps for downloading and uploading on my PC, even though I was paying for the gigabit service. I have used the Google Nest Wifi as my primary router. Google Nest is a great device, which gave me about 300 to 400 mbps of Wifi speed in my living room, primary bedroom, and the basement. However, for some reason, the speed of wifi was really bad in my office room on the second floor, which I share with my wife. We both experienced bad speed, around 150 to 200 mbps. Also, Google Nest only has one extra Ethernet port on the main router and no port on the satellite, which was located in my office, so I did not have any Ethernet ports. So, I made a plan to purchase the Orbi RBK50 and use the Ethernet ports on the satellite to connect my PC directly. Purchasing a wifi adapter for PC was a second option which I did not like. The shipping was fast, and the packaging was pretty secure (no original box). All power adapters, manuals, a 90-day refurbished warranty card, and an Ethernet cable were included. Everything was very clean and showed no signs of use. I spent some time installing it since the mobile app was not as fast as I expected. It took a little more process than Google Nest, for sure. As soon as I finished installation, including firmware updates, I tested my speed in the office, and I got around 400 mbps, which was double the speed of Google Wifi. I also connected the satellite Ethernet port to my PC, and I got about 500 mbps, which is five times faster than before. Everything was great. I tested every room in my house to make sure everything worked, and it was great. I have a little over 20 devices connected, including a baby camera and Tesla, and Orbi handles them well. Orbi RBK50 was released back in 2016 or 2017, and it still beats Google Nest Wifi. Well, Google released Pro versions and updated their models, but I'm really happy with this $80 purchase, and I have a better internet environment than before. I solved my PC issue and slow wifi issue of my office room. I will not go back to Google but stick with Orbi, probably getting a newer model in the future, too. If I face any issues, I will use my purchased warranty as well as 90-day refurbished warranty from Netgear.
Love the board, and Ethernet Issue
Pros: Great extensibility with many pins and ports. ARGB support. Good M.2 heat sinks LED on board. Easy XMP and OC features.
Cons: Issue with Ethernet. Asus website provides all the drivers include the Ethernet LAN driver. It loses its connection after a single reboot, so that users need to install the firmware update. The instruction PDF file comes with is in Chinese (fortunately, they attached photos so just follow it).
Overall Review: If you have an older version of Windows 10, the Intel Chipset won't even allow you to install the Ethernet driver. And of course, it would take hours to finish up the Windows update, so that you might want to prepare the newer version. Some ppl experience that they would never get the Ethernet connection and RMA the board. So please try the firmware update and make sure it works for you.
Decent Keyboard
Pros: 1. Tenkeyless but full mechanical, less than $100. 2. Durable and detachable cable. 3. Can be easily customized by third party key caps. 4. Printings are on the side of key caps. Looks cool, and will not be faded. 5. Heavy enough to stay still while typing or playing games so hard. :D Also, light enough to carry it. 6. Function keys are provided. Deactivation of Windows key is very suitable for gamers. 7. Key-cap puller, and extra keycaps are coming with the purchase.
Cons: 1. No LED (I knew it so it does not matter). 2. For me, key-cap font is ugly.
Overall Review: Very decent Cherry MX red keyboard. My previous keyboard was C* K90. It was great keyboard as well. However, after it dead after 2 years of use, I decided to get a simple, and tenkeyless keyboard. This keyboard was the perfect choice for me. Honestly, many people do not need to have 20~30 extra macro keys. Get tenkeyless and save your space and make your room nice and clean. There are many fancy mechanical keyboard. However, this CM Storm QuickFire series, gives you what a mechanical keyboard needs. This is the best mechanical keyboard especially if this is your first purchase of mechanical keyboard.
Great headset
Pros: Since I'm not the one who cares about sound quality that much, I'm very satisfied with this headset for listening to music, watching movies, and playing games. When I play LoL or other games with skyping with my friends, friends told me that my sound is very clear and no problem for listening. you know, when 4~5 ppl in a voice chat room, at least 1 or 2 always make problems with their stupid headset----this one never does. Buttons are very comfortable. Since it's an USB headset, it doesn't touch any system or speaker volume setting of Windows. Especially, the big button that toggles mute and unmute is the best part. When it is muted, I can see red LED light on the mic. I paid about $50 at M###center for this headset. Since it gives great voicechat quality, I would buy second one from Newegg.
Cons: It's little expensive. Still $46? wow. Small for my ears. Sometimes I felt sore with my glasses on. Sound setting switch(Gaming, chatting, music) doesn't give much difference---at least for me. First time using USB headset. For some games, e.g. LoL, when I plug this during the game, the sound card or the software can't detect the game so I can't hear anything. I have to plug this in the queqe or before launch the game. Sometimes it happens to Google Chrome as well. But I think that if I would manage the volume control setting, it might be solved. haven't tried for an year xD
Overall Review: About a month ago, I step on this headset when I got up from my bed... right ear part is kind of broken so it's hanging. However, it still works with all buttons. Now i feel really uncomfortable for putting this on, I would buy another one.
