Pros: Arrived in good packaging, seemed like it was in good condition but did not check the pins. Packaging looked as though it had been through a tough drive though.
Cons: Arrived dead on arrival, tried to explain that it was not working and that the pins seemed funny. CPU bed had just one funny looking pin. Could not get a replacement nor repair. They kept bouncing me back and forth between newegg and Gigabyte saying that both had the warranty and neither would cooperate. After six calls someone finally just said they wouldn't replace it since pins are not covered.....Should have just said it was dead on arrival and sent it back.
Other Thoughts: If you just say DOA on issues and RMA you will get a new one. Don't waste your time trying to be explanatory and telling them what is wrong. Do not even bother calling. Just RMA it if it's messed up and no problem at all. I build computers constantly and that has been my experience.
Ended up getting an older Giga board froma friend that is still up to date. Just wish my 130 dollars had not went towards nothing.
It almost cost me an extra 250 in other parts.
