Pros: Good build quality. PCIe 4 lane M.2 SSD connector on bottom of board.
Cons: USB 3.0 header is in a extremely odd spot that does interfere with larger CPU coolers. I can just barely plug in the cable with a Hyper 212 EVO. Anything bigger or lower than the Hyper 212 and you won't be able to plug in the usb 3.0 front panel cable.
Gigabyte if you read this please include a low profile extension cable for the USB 3.0 and do relocate it for the next revision of the board.
Other Thoughts: Very nice board EXCEPT for the usb 3.0 front panel header connection.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Looks like a sub-woofer and fits right into a entertainment setup.
Lots of fans.
Cons: Fans are not PWM
Other Thoughts: The fans are not PWM, but RPM can be reduced by rewiring the molex adapter to 5 or 7 volts(google this to find out more)
because it pulls air from front to back, you can have it between things like a entertainment center and a shelf for example.
Because it looks almost exactly like a subwoofer it blends right into a entertainment center.
I am replacing a silverstone FTZ01 with this because it got a bit to hot in my entertainment center, and then when I moved the FTZ01 to the floor standing vertical the fans are all on the sides and would kind of get blocked sitting between or next to furniture.
The Neutron does not have this issue and it has nice receiver style feet that keep in nicely off the floor a bit.
Pros: This is a A10 7850K with the GPU disabled and runs great.
See other thoughts for how to correctly measure the cpu temps hint..thermal margin.
Cons: Not 8 core
Other Thoughts: It does run a bit warm with the stock cooler, which is junk, but if you put a good one on their with a 120mm fan this will run cool. You also have to use the AMD over drive app to monitor the temp as these CPUs use a thermal margin to measure temps. For example sitting idle with a Thermalright AXP 200 with a 140mm fan my setup reports a thermal margin of 70, this is not the actual temp, it's how far you have to go before it will overheat. Under load the thermal margin will go down and be around 40.READ FULL REVIEW
