Seagate Momentus XT ST95005620AS 500GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache 2.5

Pros: I purchased this hard drive for my Son's Laptop 7-17-2013 and is still going strong. Great purchase and is much faster than standard hard drive for laptops.

Cons: None

TP-LINK TL-WN822N Wireless N300 High Gain USB Adapter, 300Mbps, Dual 3dBi External Antennas, w/WPS Button, IEEE 802.1b/g/n, WEP/WPA/WPA2
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: 1 month to 1 year

Pros: I have used this wireless TP-LINK TL-WN822N for 3 months with no drop signals at all at a constant 300mbs. Nice price for the wallet. Very pleased with it and the fact I can copy 92GBs to another PC HDD to HDD in under 45mins is nice. Faster with SSD to SSD coming soon.

Cons: No cons

Other Thoughts: Paired with TP-LINK TL-WR1043ND Ultimate Wireless N300 and no drop signals what so every in 3 months. I would buy all day long.

Crucial MX100 CT256MX100SSD1 2.5

5 out of 5 eggs Crucial MX100 CT256MX100SSD1 2.5" 256GB 07/25/2014

This review is from: Crucial MX100 CT256MX100SSD1 2.5" 256GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

Pros: The Crucial SSD is stable but it is slower than my Vertex 2 but not the reason to buy this product. I would buy again for an upgrade for older PC or office PC. The 256 AES encryption with TPM card is the big plus for small office PC's.

Cons: Finding information on how to flash the firmware is limited.

Other Thoughts: Put this in a PC with TPM header and case intrusion for some security upgrades. The Crucial SSD are very good for reliability and encryption.
