This review is from: ASUS Xonar DG 5.1 Channels 24-bit 96KHz PCI Interface Sound Card
Pros: Sounds amazing, has great features (when working)
Cons: Went through 2 rma's with these and they all had the same problem, after a few days they would cause my games to crash every 20 minutes and the sound would loop like i had a BSOD and i had to either restart my computer or disable and enable the sound card.
Both of them were unable to recognize when i plugged in a headphone also so i would have to manually switch every time i plugged my headset into the front ports on my computer.
Other Thoughts: Ended up just returning mine and getting my money back after going through 2 of them.
I gave it 1 star because it was not working. If it was working and didn't start causing my games to crash ect, it would have been rated 5 stars.
Pros: Runs very cool (45c max) on stock settings
Plays games great.
TF2 maxed out i was getting like 50-120fps.
Bf3 1920x1080 everything on ultra with 2xaa i was getting around 25fps give or take. I play comfortably with everything on high and post aa on low.
Other Thoughts: I like it, it's very efficient, very quiet (didn't hear it over my case fans once, and its almost a silent case). Runs very cool and keeps up even on the newest games.
My cpu was bottlenecking the card, but the whole system runs great.
i3 dual core oc'd to 3.2ghz
8gb's of gskill sniper
Pros: It's a fan. And it pushes air.
Cons: Has a low pitch un-pleasant whine to it, and it bugs me. Fan is much louder than i was expecting.
Other Thoughts: Comes with a 3 pin to molex adapter and the hardware(screws) for the fan so that's nice.READ FULL REVIEW
