This review is from: Panasonic EW-DJ10-A Portable 2-Speed Oral Irrigator
Pros: This compact, inexpensive, convenient little Water Pick clone from Panasonic has been a joy from day one. It works flawlessly and, if you use high performance lithium batteries (2 ea. AA cells), it lasts for months without needing battery replacement. It really blasts food particles loose from between teeth and gum pockets! And it nests into its water reservoir for convenient storage and portability.
Cons: About the only drawbacks I have noted, have been the lack of sheer power when compared to 120 VAC corded models, and the fact that it does not come with several color coded personal "pik" attachments for use by other family members.
Other Thoughts: While I did state that its not as powerful as plug in models, it can, with fully charged batteries, do just as good a job (has actually made my gums bleed on occasion as I am on a blood thinner). Best of all its great for use when camping or just on the road.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Logitech M510 910-001822X Gray / Black Tilt Wheel USB RF Wireless Laser Mouse
Pros: This Logitech M510 mouse looks and works like new! Setup was super easy, I opened the battery compartment, removed the USB WiFi dongle from its clever storage niche, plugged the dongle into my laptop, installed 2 fresh AA batteries and closed the battery compartment cover. Total time elapsed, 30 seconds. I moved the switch on the bottom of the mouse to the "On" position, and the cursor was immediately movable onscreen. Oh, and this mouse is ambidextrous.
Cons: It doesn't make coffee.
Other Thoughts: This is my second one, purchased for my wife, who is left handed. I have been using my M510 daily for 2 years now, and have only replaced the batteries 3 times. This refurbished unit is a great value at less than 1/2 of what I paid for mine new.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: ChargeIt Battery Station Pro Battery Charger
Pros: While the smallest of the multi size battery chargers I have ever used, it is so far the most versatile. It will charge alkaline, Ni-cad, and NiMH, but not Lithium batteries. It will handle AA, AAA, C and D batteries up to 4 at a time. It will also charge standard 9 volt batteries 1 at a time. It can also charge cell phones, and tablets with both its 1 and 2 amp USB ports. It has an LCD display which shows estimated charge, and battery condition. LEDs indicate whether the battery is charging, discharging (see instructions) or charged. At current Newegg pricing, this Charge It Battery Station Pro Battery Charger is a very good value.
Cons: While this charging system does deliver bang for the buck, it is limited in its ability to charge different types of batteries concurrently. It can only charge alkaline together, or NiMH/Ni-cad together. it is not suitable for charging lithium batteries. It is also NOT a FAST CHARGER, with charging times varying from 2 to 10 hours depending on battery size and type.
Other Thoughts: One other thought, while it does recharge alkaline batteries, the resulting charge falls slightly short of full voltage (1.5) at 1.4 volts, and varying miliamp hours depending on the battery's condition. This being said, I have just ordered a second charger as a gift for my son.READ FULL REVIEW
