This review is from: ASUS X99-DELUXE/U3.1 LGA 2011-v3 Intel X99 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 ATX Intel Motherboard
Pros: - Love all the USB ports
- Good wireless
- Seems efficient
Cons: - Not really a con, but the interface for installing RAID0 configuration on a non-bootable drive took a while to figure out, because the instruction manual was too ambiguous. Once I figured it out, it only took me about a minute to do. I wish the instructions were more precise and clear on how to do it.
Pros: There are a slew of excellent options. The interface is organized and user-friendly.
I love the 2.4/5.0GHz separate account option. It hasn't crashed on me once in a month.
My ping to server on speedtest is 3ms without a router, and with router installed it was 4ms. (I have 95Mbps up/down transfer rate with my ISP).
I have read about a lot of crashing issues and deteriorating wireless range after time with this router. It might be a firmware issue, not sure. Only time will tell if this happens to me. Crossing my fingers, but so far it works like a charm!
Cons: So far, no cons. I will update if I come across any problems. I haven't even tried the USB ports yet. But I don't really need to. I got it for security and speed.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Patriot Supersonic Magnum 128GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive Model PEF128GSMNUSB
Pros: Love 128GB on-the-go.
Transfer rates are consistent between 80-130MB per second depending on the file (copying from an SSD).
I've transferred about 400GB on and off the device already with no issues.
Cons: It's quite wide. I am sure some of the reason is to "show off", but if you need space between other USB ports, it might be an issue. I don't have that, so I can't really complain too much.READ FULL REVIEW
