Thrustmaster Ferrari Racing Wheel - Red Legend Edition - PlayStation 3
Thrustmaster Ferrari Racing Wheel - Red Legend Edition - PlayStation 3

Pros: Both the wheel and pedals have tension springs. The wheel gets tighter as you rotate it. This aids you with precision driving as most other models at comparable prices do not, making it much tougher to hold the wheel in an exact position. The same concept goes with the pedals. The others I tried had little to no real tension so it was very difficult to get a feel for your foot movements. All parts are made with tough plastic, and I have not fely as though any were going to break. I have also never felt as though the pedals were bending past their limit or about to break when I press really hard; they can take the pressure. Buttons are all conveniently located where you would normally hold your hands at the 10 & 2 positions; making it easy to make selections even during intense driving periods. I bought this for my PC. I have read some reviews where people had great difficulty with finding drivers for the wheel. I have Win 7! Loaded perfect within a minute. The correct drivers downloaded all on their own, and just to make sure ... I followed the instructions that came in the box; the website and everything were correct and easy to use. I found the drivers on the website AS STATED in the instructions.

Cons: The only one I have is that there is no force feedback.

Overall Review: I have mine set up in the garage. The pedals are great on the concrete, and if you get a non-slip pantry pad, that works on both concrete and carpet. The mounting assembly for the wheel is very sturdy and strong. I am an average sized guy, the wheel and pedals are a great size, but the wheel is smaller than a regular car steering wheel.

Reliable 24/7 - Not a single issue

Synology DS1515+ Diskless Network Attached Storage Server (NAS)
Synology DS1515+ Diskless Network Attached Storage Server (NAS)

Pros: Quiet. Simple to manage and operate. I purchased this in 2016 and have left it running none stop for the last 2 years. Absolutely no hiccups or issues. I am a basic PC guy who is not by any means a guru of computers, so that is saying something when I state that it is simple and user friendly. Many options to back up photos, iTunes music, backup your computer hard drives to the NAS, and all completely customizable. You also have the option to set up all kinds of monitoring, tests, and email alerts when the system detects an anomaly. I had one disk begin to display some bad sectors and the NAS allocated other space on the disk to save items. The NAS then alerted me when too much of the disk contained bad sectors and that it could no longer find solutions to work around them. Drive was under warranty and I was able to replace it.

Cons: It is a Linux type interface/platform. I am more comfortable with windows formats. This has apps that work similar to iPhones and iPads so not too difficult to navigate and manage.
