Pros: cost, size, ease of access
Cons: two different models.
Other Thoughts: I bought 3 of these about a week apart from each other. the first two arrived and DID NOT require a breakout cable. The last one that got here did :( Not sure whats up with stock but you would think by now they would all be the same.
Fans are loud.
I was able to place the back plane in without removing fans as other users have posted. Using the Athena Power AP-P4ATX60FE power supply. all said and done $230 shipped. Not bad for my needs @ all.

Pros: Works and installed without issue.
Cons: louder then I thought it would / should be. Will be looking into getting 80mm that are not as loud.
Other Thoughts: does what it's supposed to do without issues.READ FULL REVIEW

Pros: Allows bridged networking. I route my internal network (10.0.1.x/24) through this unit. Gave it a static ip and set lan to be bridged. Rebooted hooked xbox up to lan port and it got a 10.0.1.x IP. I then configured port 1 to talk to my 8.5 call manager. Done in 5 minutes.
Cons: Price but ehh.. It's new
Other Thoughts: Very happy with this unit. All that's left to do is finish the custom dial strings.READ FULL REVIEW
