Pros: Will take a lot of free time getting it fixed if you have to much to spare.
Cons: Arrived, Dead in a month. RMA recieved, BSOD under no load every couple of days. attempting to RMA again.
This is obviously a faulty product with issues isolated to this model. I have had dozens of MSI products (video cards/motherboards) and have never had a defective product like this from them.
Other Thoughts: Buy something else.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Fully Modular.
Cons: none so far.
Other Thoughts: I usually buy Thermaltake Toughpower, No Questions Asked, but I need to chop a few bucks off of our Avid Machine because of the hard drive array. This powers-
1x GTX 465 (soon to be 2x Quadro 4000)
5x 1TB Western Digital Black
1x 500gb WD RE4
2x ORSAIR CWCH60 Hydro Series H60
A little overkill for now but I will put 5 more drives in throughout production and see how it holds up. Should be fine.
Pros: Fast, Reliable, Consistent. Newegg doesn't filter £347.
Cons: Price, significantly more expensive than a Black Edition but if you need the reliability for extreme usage (not you gamers, you don't know anything about IOPS) then it is worth it.
Other Thoughts: There are no better drives than Western Digital RE Class. You all have your favorite brands, but these are the H0£¥ Grail of none SSD Sata drives. Amazing in a Raid. I am really hard on hard drives. I kill Black editions in less than a year (I am a none standard user, I love Black Editions) but these last make through the longs hours, so to speak.READ FULL REVIEW
