Pros: Fast - that's why we buy this card
Cons: This is probably a Windows 10 growing pains problem. However, I was very frustrated that my games would run at only 22-25 FPS after cold-booting my computer. After a reboot the problem went away. After messing with every other possible setting I finally figured out that this only happens with G-Sync enabled. I don't know why. The good news is, this card runs very fast and with the high FPS I can achieve with it, I get no benefit at all from G-Sync being enabled. The best option is enabling ULMB on my monitor. That is buttery smooth and clear. No motion blur!
Other Thoughts: This is probably gonna be fixed in a new Win10 patch.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: This is a stout video card. Cooling pipes and illuminated MSI logo look very nice in any build. If you have a black/red theme - well then just get it.
Cons: pricey but you do get what you pay for.
Other Thoughts: I deleted the driver for my old GTX 670 and probably shouldn't have done that. However, I eventually got the new driver installed. If you happen to have GeForce Experience on your system and you find yourself being unable to reinstall or upgrade Geforce Experience.. then be sure to delete or rename the "Installer2" file. This will allow a reinstall. It took me about 2 hours to figure this out.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: I have replaced another gaming monitor with this one. My old monitor was an Asus VG248QE. This IPS panel noticeably better color and better viewing angles than the TN panel has. It is much larger 27 vs 24. It runs very stable at 144hz while my old monitor only ran stable at 120 for some reason. The stand is not ugly but blends away on my desk. The stand is 'average' to me. If it was actually ugly I'd complaint about it. Finally, yes, there is some backlight bleed in 2 corners. I've only noticed it on a completely black screen which means 99.999999% of the time it's not an issue. This monitor makes everything smooth as butter on the Battlefield.
Cons: minor backlight bleed - unnoticeable unless I look for it and want something to complain about.
Other Thoughts: Upgrading from 1080P to 1440P is a noticeable improvement in quality and makes everything look very crisp. Even when increasing screen size. I'm never going back to 1080P.READ FULL REVIEW
