Pros: Quiet even at full speed (but be aware that the full speed for these fans is only ~1200RPM, so it doesn't move much air). LED looks nice.
Cons: One of the two fans is obviously quieter than the other one. Quality control is a bit lacking to say the least.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: I really like this CPU cooler. Its fan is almost silent when running at low speeds (<1000RPM) and the heatsink dissipates heat well. Its size is also quite reasonable - when installed, it doesn't obstruct any memory slots. My Athlon II X4 idles at 35C with stock cooler, and 29C with this one. I call it an improvement.
Cons: It can be quite loud when running at full speed. But a properly ventilated case and a well-configured fan profile in the BIOS should never build heat up to that extent. I have yet to see it run at >1500RPM.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: LOGISYS Computer MC3002GX 120mm Hydro CPU Cooler
Pros: I just installed this fan in my computer (replacing the stock AMD fan on Athlon X4 640). It is indeed much quieter, as other reviewers have pointed out. Installation was a bit painful and scary - you'll have to push down the latch really hard, to the extend that it will look like you must have broken the CPU. I even heard a crispy noise when I finally manage to secure the base of the heatsink. Fortunately, nothing happened.
And just to confirm another reviewer - the heatsink isn't too big. It fits well in my mid tower.
Cons: Installation mechanism could be improved.
Other Thoughts: For $20, this is probably the best fan one could get.READ FULL REVIEW
