Pros: Very very fast boots
Volume of storage
Cons: I haven't had any issues so far, but many others have reported issues.
Most big applications such as Adobe products run at average desktop HDD speeds.
Other Thoughts: In a 2nd Gen i7 Alienware Laptop running Windows 8 Pro.
The biggest boost is in start up speeds. Even so it is sure nice to not have to wait for boots. =)
Pros: Hardware itself
Lots of options
Energy savings options
Bios puts boot options in large easy to click buttons so quick and easy you could use it for multi boot.
Cons: As usual Asus software blows chunks. It's bad, it's a joke bad. Windows that change size every time you click them... Requires admin privileges so every time a non admin user starts up they have about 5 "no" buttons to click because they are not admin. Oh and it takes admin to stop these programs from starting. Great default option...NOT Menus don't make any sense. Not only does the window size change but it's anchored in different points so it walks across your screen as you click buttons. Just think 1990s website that will give you a feel for it.
The software side is so bad it makes me worried about buying an ROG product later this year.
Other Thoughts: A10 black edition and a Vertex4 SSD the thing screams. Computer is booted before I even look up to the monitor.READ FULL REVIEW
