Pros: None, sent a previously owned item.

Cons: Sent a previously owned item and customer service by both newegg and 123 stores has been non existent. One blames the other and it is total Bull

Overall Review: I rated this one star only because I had to rate it to get it posted. Both of these vendors get a big fat zero.
