Hard Drive
Pros: More than what I needed in terms of capacity WD has had very low failure rates compared to other drives on the market, I expect this unit to do just the same
Cons: Did not come with any mounting hardware, and in fact came in just a electrostatic bag. If I hadn't bought other stuff with it, it may not have survived the packing and delivery. I guess that's what you get with OEM.
Awesome flash drive
Pros: Very fast and looks practically unbreakable. Very high quality looking and looks like I could drop it off a cliff and it would survive.
Cons: Tamper proof packaging was a pain to open The corsair brand and the model of the device was just a sticker instead of engraved on, after 3 days of ownership, I can already see "stealth" sticker starting to peel. It would have been better if they engraved it on. The markings on the actual USB though are engraved, its only the outer shell that's a little funky.
EVGA Power Supply
Pros: I was trying to fit this into a BitFenix Prodigy and it fit with plenty of room to spare to coil around the power cables. Overall, it looks pretty solidly made, and best of all its nice and silent. For the price I paid, you will be hard to find an equally good new unit.
Cons: The plastic shrink wrap made the box harder to open. The ATX cable was divided in two, and I had to stick them together first before plugging it in to the board. It's pretty simple as the latch only goes one direction. However the fact that I had to think about it before plugging it in was somewhat strange to me.
Overall Review: For a budget build, I think this is perfect. EVGA is a great company and I have no doubt that even their lower end products will stand the test of time.
Good looking mini-ITX case
Pros: Very large on the inside, I was able to move things around and adjust wires with no issues I love how there were so many hard drive trays for 3.5 and for 2.5. Looks to be very well put together, very high quality Documentation is very thorough Looked on the BitFenix site, there are so many options to modify this case. Everything is put together with thumbscrews, I love that
Cons: Power Supply slot may have been a little small. Reviews say it accepts maximum of 160, I got a power supply that long. Maybe should have gone with 150. Unfortunately it arrived with a small nick on the upper handle. Good thing I'm changing them out anyway to a different color. Due to the see through nature of the front panel, you can see the HDD LED from the front. I guess I'll get used to it. Maybe not really a con, but you have to remove the internal hard drive tray if you want a long video card to fit.
Overall Review: Very nice looking black case. However it does look too big on my IKEA desk. At first I was afraid that the handles wouldn't be able to support its weight. I currently have only 1 SSD and no other HDD in there. Maybe that's why. For a case like this, it would be in everyone's best interest to stick with 2.5 SSDs to give you more room when wiggling about. The added weight of standard sized hard drives may also break the handles.
Nicest Power Supply I have ever bought
Pros: Comes in a very nice package Has a bag to keep all the accessories Very good documentation 5 year warranty Super silent, I can barely hear it. Came with every conceivable power supply cable. SATA power, molex power, you name it.
Cons: I have a BitFenix Prodigy and maybe its a little too big for it. At 160, its on the bigger side of power supplies. Other than that, no cons.
Overall Review: All my life I have just bought cheap 20-30 dollar power supplies that probably weren't even 80+ rated and built with cheap components. This is the nicest power supply I have ever gotten. Bought this for a mini-ITX hackintosh, worked very nicely. From my research SEASONIC is the best as they are the standard with which every other power supply is measured up against.
Super comfy
Pros: Super comfy and super nice sound. It sounded better fed through my Samsung Galaxy S4, than on my work computers. Maybe I need to buy an amplifier or some dsp hardware. Overall, I can keep these on all day and not have any ear fatigue. They are that great. They beat the new ones coming out from Sony.
Cons: Discontinued! These are soo much better than the new ones.
