Pros: Easy to build with drive and memory. Small form factor. It's pretty powerful for its size and is quiet.
Cons: Unit gets very hot.
Unit only has 1 year warranty according to Foxconn's warranty website.
Purchased on 10/19/2011
"WTY Expiring Date 2012/10/31"
Other Thoughts: I bought this for my parents to surf the web and listen to music. Unit will not power on, tested a few different power bricks with the same results.
So now I have a ~175 dollar paperweight thanks to the 2 year warranty false advertising.
Pros: It was inexpensive, I picked it up for 50% off. I would not have paid full price for it. It is easy to align and hang. Comes with a nifty little level.
Cons: Thin metal that flexes. Mounted a 54" Panasonic TC-P54G25 that weighs approximately 65lbs. Comes with cheap 1/4" lag bolts, I would recommend 1/2" upgrade.
Other Thoughts: My first mount for my 46" Panny was an Ergotron. The only reason I picked this up was the 50% off coupon I had. Apparently Newegg doesn't believe that Ergotron TV mounts are for TV's, as they won't classify them as such. Support was less than helpful in getting my issue resolved.
Overal it isn't terrible, its worth the $35 I paid for it.
This review is from: SIIG 3-port 1394 (FireWire) PCI adapter Model NN-400012-S8
Pros: Easy install, works great. No drivers needed.
Cons: Takes up a PCI slot?
Other Thoughts: I was getting pops, clicks and drop-outs with my onboard 1394 and AudioFire2. It was recommended to get a 1394 card with a TI chipset. This has solved my firewire audio problems.READ FULL REVIEW
