Pros: Flash is dead quiet.
Cons: More expensive than magnetic media.
Other Thoughts: The stutter problem in Windows XP is because WXP doesn't align partitions on 32 kB boundaries. If you partition the drive correctly, you will get rid of the stutter problem.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: The most affordable rack enclosure I could find.
3U fits a desktop CPU cooler, for high performance servers.
Cons: Old-school screw assembly -- nothing sliding or snapping.
No buzzer (only a problem if you don't have one on the motherboard, and need to diagnose POST problems).
Only 2 units of 3.5" storage -- only for floppy, one for HD. A little extra sheet metal wouldn't have hurt?
There are some additional flanges that look pre-drilled, but they are solidly attached and you can't get at the sides of them to insert screws.
Other Thoughts: A regular ATX power supply won't quite fit in a normal position, because it's 3U (which is not quite tall enough), and the full-size ATX motherboard is turns with expansion cards to the back (which limits the width in a 19" form factor).READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Nintendo DS Lite Cobalt & Black
Pros: The DS has been around for a while now. I got a blue one in generation 1, and was happy to be able to get a blue 2nd generation one now.
Pretty sturdy, too, as opposed to that competing platform...
Cons: Not as immersive as an Xbox.
Other Thoughts: I hear the third generation (with camera?) is now coming out in Japan, but as far as I'm concerned, the current DS design is pretty much optimal for a solid, portable gaming system.READ FULL REVIEW
