Pros: Memory runs fast and stable.
Needed to set XMP profile where other kits were automatically recognized.
If you stack programs and have many running or programs scheduled to run while in use, you will feel the improvement in performance.
Cons: Only con is the fact that this was my second choice ddr2400 kit, but this kit is the better option.
Other Thoughts: Upgraded from 8gb @ ddr1600. First pickup for a 16GB kit was the Patriot ddr3 2400 Viper 3 kit running at ddr2400 speed on XMP profile.
Passed memtest and prime95 - each on a 24-hour run.
Although all was running as spec'd, I was plagued by random blue screens that I could not find a cause to. Dropped to ddr2133, still had issues, although less. Rarely the same issue twice. (but it passed torture test and memtest86+ for 24 hours.. (Hmm)). System did not feel any better. On a whim, I upgraded to this corsair kit .
So upgrading to the patriot kit bumped my 3d-mark score about 150 points. This Corsair kit bumped it an additional 300 points! ..AND my system is now running stable without a crash.

16GB Corsair Vengeance Pro @ ddr2400
Several hdd's in performance configuration
XFX R9280 3gb video.
Real world differences:
I can now be in Elite dangerous or GTA V running @ max settings (to 3gb limit) Record 2 television channels via Homerun HD and WMC, Have a scheduled antivirus full scan while running all of these nonsense added feature installs like raptr, twitch, and any coolness without a hiccup or stutter! A big change from before where it all still ran well but I could definitely tell something was starting in the background.

This review is from: NETGEAR EX7000 AC1900 Wireless Dual Band Gigabit Range Extender
Pros: Best access point on the market.
Strong stable signal in a very noisy city apartment, 866 Mbps on 5ghz band on an Intel AC 7260 in room, 268 Mbps through 3 walls, 2 rooms away (stone walls)
Best solution without replacing your ISP's router to allow AC speeds on your network. Allows multiple HD streams to playback flawlessly
If you plug into existing network, device is given/accessible through assigned ip,
5-port gigabit switch
Netgear has an android app to check local wifi channel/signal strength and usage. Download and use it if you want to check wifi noise/activity in your area or setup for optimal usage.
Cons: If failing to read setup instructions (like myself) and you plug into your network before running through setup, log-in procedure setup using web browser will loop endlessly on itself. Solution: access via IP address given or unplug lan, setup via wifi and plug in.
Other Thoughts: Yeah, the power brick is a bit larger than others, but this unit has power and is a welcomed necessity.
"..It doesn't matter "who" is from "where." it only matters that we're all Human"
Pros: The card is a fantastically solid performer, running circles around the 5770 it replaced, and miles ahead of a previously reviewed R9 270.
4k capable gaming at 30+fps frame rates, what more can anyone want?
All for $170 after rebate! with 3 games!
Cons: Not really a con for me.., but a large card. Any case other than a full tower my have space issues to deal with.
Only real con, I should have bought 2!
Other Thoughts: The card has a 6-pin and 8-pin power adapter. Upon swapping of the old 5770, the driver reinstalled and all was good and operational!
Alien Isolation Ultra graphics looks beyond realistic, on a large screen with the lights low and surround on, it feels like you're in the action.
Everyone has a different case. I have an NZXT whisper which sounded like a small college refrigerator in the next room, a quiet room (not very audible) and the addition of this card fully cranked adds absolutely no additional noise.
