Pros: I replaced a DIR-655 & have noticed better wireless performance. No more deadspots in the house, in spite of the sleek "no sticking antenna" design. 5GHz seems to be okay on my ipad & lenovo W510, but some techies have complained about range.
Cons: Admin console could be better. As an AP, I can't see my wireless client names or IP addresses

Pros: Works with 3TB Seagate on USB3 port of my W510 with Win7-64bit Pro. Couldn't ask for more for $30, but my guess is that it will work with all kinds of SATA drives & OS'
USB3 is blazing fast.
Cons: Drive stays hot & keeps spinning even when not in active use. Not sure if there are settings in Win7 to change that behavior. I've been switching it off after use.
Other Thoughts: As others have noted, drive eject is a 2-hand operation.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: 3TB fast drive with 64Mb cache for $150... can't beat it...
Cons: none so far
Other Thoughts: windows7-64bit Pro is unable to use drive for direct backup (system image) - a quick google reveals that this is probably a windows problem with >2TB drives. do your research if that feature is important to youREAD FULL REVIEW
