This review is from: Noctua NH-C14 140mm x 2 SSO CPU Cooler
Pros: This thing is great! it is very quite and it dropped my CPU temps significantly.
Cons: The only con is that it is ginormous! You should probably verify that it will fit in your case before installing.
Also, if you have a large heatsink on your RAM modules, you will either have to remove the RAM heatsink or the bottom fan from the Noctua.
One nice thing is that if you do have to remove one of the fans from the Noctua, there is an option to mount it as a case fan.
Other Thoughts: I bought an Avatar gaming PC with an AMD 8-core FX processor.
The stock fan setup was barely keeping it within safe operating temperatures (it was bumping 70 degrees C very frequently).. I think this is possibly due to somebody adding too much thermal compound when they installed the heatsink. It was gooping out all around the processor and the processor was glued to the stock heatsink. It took considerable force to pry them apart.
With the Noctua, my case is now quite quiet, and i am getting individual core temps of 15 to 20 C and overall CPU temps of 30 to 40.
A considerable difference!
I would feel comfortable overclocking a bit now. Also, there is an option to reduce the fan speed; so, I may go that route to quieten the case even more. (I do music production at times)
A great purchase!!
Also, I had considered going with a water cooled solution, but I feel better about this solution because it was less expensive and there is less potentially for failure. I would think.
This review is from: Hamilton Beach 67601 Big Mouth Juice Extractor - Black
Pros: As everyone else has said, this is a great juicer, and the price is great too. I got mine used from a girlfriend, but this is a steal for $40. get one and get to juicing!
Cons: I guess, it's made of plastic, so it could be a bit fragile, but it's held up well so far
Other Thoughts: We juice carrots and oranges and apples and kale and ginger... sooooo goodREAD FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Rosewill 17.3" Notebook Computer Backpack Model RMBP-12001
Pros: This is a really huge backpack, You can fit a good bit of stuff in here without feeling like you are overburdening it.
The bag is nicely designed. For instance, there is a music player pocket with a little rubber hole for earphone wires.
Also, the handle on top is reinforced with a braided metal cord, which is awesome, because I have lost a handle on more expensive backpacks after extensive use. definitely sucks when that happens.
Cons: This thing is probably not gonna protect your gear from a rainstorm. It seems to be made of fairly cheap plastic textile.
Other Thoughts: I can't imagine getting more computer bag than this for $40
It has that nice "new chinese backpack" smell. I kinda like it. :D
