This review is from: PNY XLR8 2.5" 240GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) SSD9SC240GMDA-RB
Pros: Big enough for media stuf.
Works just like any other hard drive.
Saved 20 sec. on boot.
Cons: It's no quiet exactly perfectly just exactly the same shape a normal hard drive.
A little more square. Mayby.
I had to leave off a mounting bracket. (ASUS 1015)
Other Thoughts: It runs all the time, but only serves files intermitently. Saves wearing out a normal drive.
But I'm so happy I saved that 20 seconds.
I've wasted my life thus far. But, I swear... I SWEAR!
I'll use that 20 sec.
This review is from: ADATA DashDrive UV128 128GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive Model AUV128-128G-RBE
Pros: Works good after reformat. Fast on usb2 and usb3.
I remember when 512MB CF cost that much.
Cons: I didnt check it before use. It did something weird to my system. Mint16.
Other Thoughts: It made a few files dissapear, on the usb and on the original hard drive. It also changed some desktop settings and some system settings.
Reformat with Gnome Disk Utility to fat32 and everything is good.
It wasn't that much of a problem. Just weird, is all.
Pros: Does what it's supposed to. Low price.
Other Thoughts: Not exciting is goodREAD FULL REVIEW
