Pros: If you're not into the sharpest best picture out there and simply want a large monitor for a cheap price, go with this one but be warned....
Cons: I bought this monitor back in Dec. 2013. I woke up today, 6/15/14 and the screen was dead. The computer registers that the monitor is plugged in, but the monitor itself wont display anything.
Other Thoughts: I haven't decided whether I should try to get this fixed, or cut my losses and buy a higher quality monitor. Chances are I wont be buying another AOC again. I've had monitors that lasted for years and this one craps out after 6 months? Sad.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: For the price per size, you just can't beet this monitor. I was able to pick it up for $160 and couldn't be happier considering the price.
Cons: The only real complaints I have are the buttons are on the bottom of the monitor and difficult to press. It takes a bit of noticeable force compared to other monitors I've had. The raised signs indicating what and where the buttons are located are difficult to see in low light situations. The stand is a bit wobbly but then again, I'be noticed that trend in monitor and TV stands lately. I guess the industry is pushing for everyone to buy wall mounts.
Other Thoughts: I purchased this as a gaming monitor and though I don't play video games often, I wanted to try something big compared to my 19in. It took a couple of days to get used to the size of this screen. The colors aren't as crisp as a high end monitor and my system seems to be running slower now that I have two monitors running. Im not sure if this monitor is the cause or if my video card just can't keep up. Regardless, I am still very pleased with the purchase and may buy a second one.READ FULL REVIEW
