This review is from: Microsoft 5SH-00001 Black USB RF Wireless Standard Desktop 800 for Business
Pros: Mouse tracks well - even on shiny/semi-reflective surfaces.
Keyboard feels as good as any "non-mechanical" keyboard can.
Cons: Poor wireless range.
Other Thoughts: I bought this as replacement to my old Logitech wireless keyboard/mouse combo that died. While this keyboard/and mouse seem to work okay, its range is terribly small. Once I am more than about 4 feet from the receiver, the signal gets "choppy" and some keystrockes get dropped and the mouse seems jerky. At more then 5 feet from the receiver, it just refuses to work at all. This is disappointing as my old Logitech worked flawlessly up to about 12-14 feet.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: SYBA SD-ADA45006 2.5" IDE 44-Pin To Dual Compact Flash Adapter
Pros: Works as advertised.
Cons: None so far.
Other Thoughts: I am using this adapter and a 4GB CF card in an Agilent 1672G Logic Analyzer as a replacement for mechanical hard drive that originally came in the unit. I had tried two other IDE-to-CF adapters without success. This one finally worked and has been without any issues.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Great typing feel.
Cons: Glossy top shows smudges and fingerprints too easily.
Other Thoughts: After buying numerous "brand name" keyboards and being disappointed in their feel, I bit the bullet and bought this. I absolutely love this keyboard. While I don't really type any faster with it, I make far less spelling mistakes because of the tactile feedback. This was originally purchased for my home computer, but I liked it so much that I also bought one for my cubicle at work. And, if you are concerned about how "loud" it is, don't be. While the keys do have an audible "click", it is not distracting and the co-workers ajacent to my cubicle cannot hear it over the other ambient noises.READ FULL REVIEW
