Pros: Blue color???
Cons: The holes to mount in your case are not tapped, so none of the screws included work. I returned this terrible product for refund. Perhaps it's a quality control issue.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Nice packaging, lots of connectors.
Cons: Bad power supply seemed to be functioning, but was defective after much diagnosis and time wasted.

Pros: Good value, reasonable reliability.
Cons: Temperatures are on the high side, but operate well.
Other Thoughts: I've had six of these running in RAID 6 for 4 1/2 years, and two have finally started generating sector errors. I've already replaced one, and I'll be replacing the second one this week.
Note that you actually receive ST3500418AS, not the ST3500641AS advertised. They're the same capacity and performance, though the case is different.
