This review is from: NZXT SEN-001LX Sentry LX Aluminum dual bay fan controller
Pros: -Looks great
-Controls 5 fans automatically
-Time display is handy since my desktop clock isn't visible while I'm gaming
-Temperature probes do OK job of telling me how warm my machine is.
-Fairly easy to set up
-Easy to use interface
Cons: -Occasionally the temperature warning will beep once or twice at random (even though I turned off the alarm).
-The tape provided to stick temperature probes inside of my case don't hold very well. Within a year they all fell off.
-Display got messed up really bad a couple of times - very dim and jumbled image - though after cycling the power a few times it hasn't happened again.
-Clock runs consistently slow
-Reset button is too easy to hit and forces you to setup everything again
Other Thoughts: -Great for keeping the fan noise down in my first PC build and adjusting fans during gaming and non-gaming use without having to manually adjust the fan speed, but I will probably switch to a different fan controller on my next build/upgrade to hopefully avoid the annoyances of this one.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Black 30mW Star Cap Green Laser Pointer
Pros: Bright (Sometimes)
Cool diffusion patterns
Cons: Batteries can move arround and make a weaker connection inside the housing resulting in a dimmer laser. Also the beam is crooked, but only a little. I have noticed that this laser pointer looks exactly like SunGod brand lasers that have been warning about knockoffs of their lasers and this is one of them.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Bright LEDs work nicely. They move a lot of air in and out of my case. The 3 pin to 4pin molex adapters were nice as well, adding a little extra length to get to where my power supply cable was running.
Other Thoughts: One fan did get stopped by a stray cable that moved into the path of the fan blades (not snagged on it, just in the way of the blades). Unfortunately, I found out by smelling the overheating motor. It still works fine as far as I can tell, just make sure to keep all cables/wires away from the fan. (common sense I know, but it's a good idea to double check)READ FULL REVIEW
