SeaSonic SS-400ET Bronze 400W ATX12V V2.2/EPS12V 2.91 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: 1 month to 1 year

Pros: When it worked it was quiet and efficient.

Cons: I had always heard that Seasonic made the best power supplies, so when I wanted to replace a generic media center power supply that came with the HTPC case, I figured it was the perfect time to try a lower-end, inexpensive Seasonic power supply. Unfortunately, this Seasonic power supply only lasted from the delivery/installation date of 03MAR2014 until today, 08JUL2014, when I noticed the living room media center was not powered on. Hooked up a power supply tester to it and no beeps or anything, that's how dead it was. So, I had to put in the generic old Apevia Turbolink power supply that came with the media center case. Oddly enough, that super generic power supply still works fine after 3 years.

3 out of 5 eggs Fails after a year or so 01/19/2012

This review is from: OCZ Onyx Series OCZSSD2-1ONX32G 2.5" 32GB SATA II MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

Pros: Cheap

Cons: Failed after about a year. No warning, just didn't boot all of the sudden.

IOGEAR GKM581R Black 13 Function Keys USB RF Wireless On-Lap Keyboard with Optical Trackball and Scroll Wheel
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: 1 month to 1 year

Pros: It's rechargeable

Cons: The trackball is excruciating to use

It's bulkier compared to the other GKM561R

Other Thoughts: I've had the other IOGEAR GKM561R MCPC keyboard for more than a year. After using that one, this keyboard is terrible and for some reason costs more. Save yourself some money and usability and get the GKM561R instead. Trust me...
