This review is from: NETGEAR EX2700 N300 WiFi Range Extender Essentials Edition
Pros: Simple Set Up
Good power output for size
Very small and unobtrusive
Cons: None to speak of...MAYBE price
Other Thoughts: Very simple set up and...it just works. Unlike many extenders, it doesn't choke if the main wireless router reboots or resets. Power output over distance is excellent considering its size. I use it to extend the indoor router signal to our front yard - mounted at chest height it broadcasts through a garage door for a solid 70+ feet although speed drops off quickly after 50 or so feet.
Compared to other brands' offerings in this size, it greatly outperforms other extenders.
Full price may be a bit too much, but performance at a $30 point is heads and tails above competition.
Very Happy. Will buy again and recommend to friends.
This review is from: GOgroove FlexSMART X2 Bluetooth In-Car FM Transmitter with USB Charging , Multipoint Pairing & Hands-Free Calling - Works with Apple , Samsung , LG & More Smartphones , Tablets , MP3 Players
Pros: Simple to set up and use
Nearly noiseless FM connection
Cons: Bluetooth sometimes unreliable/drops connection
Construction quality won't stand up to abuse
Other Thoughts: I bought it to use my phone with my classic sports car - very easy to set up and noiseless FM connection. Looks ok, but not high class by any stretch. Lights are a little cheesy.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: - Inexpensive when on sale
- Solar, so no need for outlets (!); solar charging works even on cloudy/dull days
- Work / last through subzero temps and snow storms (!)
- Bright enough
- Many mounting options for Solar cell
Cons: - Not as "robust" as I'd like; liable to break if not treated with some care
- Charge doesn't last all night long; probably 6 - 8 hours
- Cord from solar cell to lights could be longer
- No daisy chaining
Other Thoughts: When on sale, these are a great buy and allow you to decorate trees, posts, whatever you want, wherever it is. You'll need more than one string for a "Christmas tree" outside, but that's not a big problem.
Colored string is very colorful; blue-white string is very festive. I started with 3 sets; I'll be buying more next time they're on sale.
