Pros: + Ultra Quiet
+ Seasonic based
+ Sleek design
+ Black cables
+ Excellent packaging
Cons: - Stiff and flimsy cables
- Cable length
Other Thoughts: This is a solid PSU so far although it was a hassle doing cable management, considering it is fully modular. Only time will tell if this unit will last (2-way CF, OC'ed FX-6300, 5 case fans, etc.). Jumped on a good deal on BF - otherwise at its current price point, I wouldn't even consider it.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: - Cheap (got 2 for under $10)
- White LEDs look cool
Cons: - Noisy
- Connectors are flimsy
Other Thoughts: So when I built my PC (includes an aftermarket CPU cooler, GPU with 2 fans, and 3 NZXT case fans) and first started using it, I thought it was pretty darn quiet. I didn't install the Rosewill fan at first because I had a hard time connecting it to the PSU. When I finally got it to work, my PC literally became twice as loud. I was actually going to add the second fan but I think I'm just gonna get more NZXT fans. The case is Source 210 Elite.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: - Quality you can see and feel, nothing fancy. Nice deep yellow.
- Runs at rated specs.
- Clears my 212 EVO no problem.
Cons: - No sticker? :(
- Tech support needs better training.
Other Thoughts: I also have two 4GB sticks in my MacBook Pro and has not failed yet after all these years. I did not hesitate to buy Crucial despite of the other, more popular brands.
AMD FX-6300 @ 4.0GHz
Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 Rev 3.0
Crucial Ballistix 2 x 4GB DDR3 @ 1866
