Pros: Great monitor. Purchased for use with Nvidia 3D Vision system to replace older monitor that broke after many faithful years of use. Very happy with this one. Great brightness (almost too bright) and decent color, contrast, and viewing angle. Refresh rate is fantastic and there is very little ghosting when using the 3D. Much better brightness than my old monitor using 3D as well. Installed easy and looks great on my desk. Stable mount and no quality issues. No dead pixels or other issues.
Other Thoughts: Highly recommend this monitor.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: No crazy hardware issues so far. Laptop is as was described with nothing unexpected or not meeting expectations. Runs cool and quiet, screen is good, keyboard is good. Had some issues with the touchpad but suspect usual Windows/driver issues, worked fine after a few updates. Overall it's a decent laptop at a decent price.
Cons: Only major con so far is the construction. There's a screw under the bottom panel of the laptop that was either not turned in all the way or was mis-threaded. Either way the bottom panel was just jammed on there with a huge bump over the screw. Will take it apart shortly to see if I can simply just screw the protruding screw back in. Terrible QC that I hope doesn't signal additional problems.
Other Thoughts: Took me a while to find the SD card reader.
Also, FREAKING WINDOWS 8.1! Worst windows since ME. Complete garbage unless you're on a tablet, phone, or something with a touchpad. I know what they're doing, trying to force developers to make apps for windows 8 but, boy does this operating system operate clunky. I'm going to stick with it for now but this is Vista all over again.
Buy a OEM copy of 7 if you have the money.

Pros: Cheap and simple.
Cons: Bought two, one has a poor connection. Corrupts images from my phone about 20% if the time. Not worth the price if you can find one of better quality.READ FULL REVIEW
