Pros: Speed, stability, programmable GPU, good chipset, drivers, et c.
Cons: See title. I've owned the card for about a year, and the capacitors on the board popped. Game over.
The operating conditions for the card are reasonable: no excessive heat or overclocking--my setup is geared for stability rather than performance.
Other Thoughts: I'm an nVidia man because their driver architecture is terrific; I've had zero problems upgrading cards on my Linux box since the days of my GeForce MX cards. But this, in particular, is terrible.
I suppose I can be thankful that the capacitors failed safely rather than exploding.
