Pros: The rest of the system seems to work OK

Pros: Work good for almost 2 years! Looks nice, Solid cabinet.
Cons: When they started to fail I they may have taken a couple of drives with them. There all failing the same way, obvisly theres a manufacuring problem, way wont the manufacture offer usefull support when they knowingly know they have a QC or engineering problem.
Other Thoughts: I have 2 of these, the first one started to fail after about 1 3/4 years and then the other one about 2 1/4 years. It does sound like the power supplys are to fault, I was thinking maybe do to poor quality electrolytic capacitors, but my LCR meter indicates there still good, not sure whats failing but both my units do the exact same thing. It's like there trying to start up then they fail, then they try again and fail, it happens over and over and then they start working after about 10 mints, mean wail you could be damaging more drives.READ FULL REVIEW

How did it fail?
Restarted computer Sans Digital no longer recognize any of the 4 drive, swooped Sans Digital with working Rosewell Storage Enclosure and confirmed Sans Digital no longer good.

After looking at reviews I confirmed it to be Junk product!
All my drives work OK in the Rosewell Storage Enclosure.
I suspect a bad power supply, I lost one of my 2 Rosewell Storage Enclosures do to failing power supply, but it at least lasted 3 years.
No, not a compatible problem, remember I said it worked OK for just under 30 days, just admit it, its a peace of junk, that's why is now selling for $45 after rebate, and others are having trouble receiving the rebate from you!!!
If you have problems, no, I sent it back to Newegg as I mention in my first review, I didn't have it replaced for more junk!!!

Sorry to hear about your issues. How did it fail? Did you contact our tech support for help? With the information you provided we cannot really determine what's going on on your end. However, seems like there's a problem with one of the hard drives you had put in in the enclosure right? In general, our unit require "Port Multiplier" support on the eSATA port on the computer's end, and ideally an good compatible eSATA HBA card would be the best option to connect to this unit. Did you use any card to connect?
