Cons: I had to RMA this card 4 times, each card just a variant of issues from the others - none of them ever working normally. Finally just gave up on it after spending $60 in shipping. Fortunately they paid for the shipping on the last RMA, but I stopped wasting my time
Other Thoughts: The card is a lemon.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: It was cheap when I bought it.
Cons: I've had both sticks for about 2 years. Both sticks have gone bad on me. I have other memory that is older, and has seen more use, yet still work great. These sticks have been faulty for about 8-10 months. I'd say they lasted about 1-1.5 years before finally failing completely.
Other Thoughts: I ran a memtest86 on each stick individually, in each mobo slot. both sticks failed every pass, with more errors than I could count. tested my OCZ ram that I've had for much longer, and no errors. Mobo and other ram not faulty, plus I haven't been getting any more BSOD's since I pulled the Ballistix out.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: None this time around.
Cons: Had to RMA my original card due to it killing the display for no reason. The card I received in return is even worse than the first one! I can't even load any game w/o the card bugging out and disabling the display. I have to force power pc off, then on to get display back. This card even crashed my display when I tried to access the task manager!
Other Thoughts: Extremely dissapointed with Sapphire atm. 1 bad card I thought, it happens. But 2 bad cards in a row? I had to put my old radeon 3870 512mb back in and it works w/o issues. That really is a shame. Started a 3rd service ticket, still waiting for response. Already spent $20 on shipping my first card back, so now do I have to spend another $20? I might as well of spent the extra money, and got a card that was worth buying. Waste of time and money.READ FULL REVIEW
