Pros: Very affordable, overclockable, cheap. Nice blue heatspreaders.
Cons: Single channel (but I knew this when buying), high-ish CAS latency.
Other Thoughts: Despite being only single channel, it still performs nearly as well as dual channel memory, and leaves more space open for future upgrades.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: ASUS P5K-E LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard
Pros: Amazing overclocker, very easy to set up. Took me 30 seconds of work in the BIOS to OC my Q6600 to 3 GHZ. E-SATA.
Cons: Northbridge runs a little hot, second PCI-E slot only runs at X4. Only 1 gigabit LAN port.
Other Thoughts: The pros of this motherboard easily outweigh the cons.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Kentsfield Quad-Core 2.4GHz LGA 775 Processor BX80562Q6600
Pros: Absolutely amazing CPU at stock speeds and overclocked. At stock speeds, this CPU easily handles everything I can throw at it, and everything speeds up even more when overclocked. I'm currently running this amazing CPU at 3GHZ on stock voltage and stock cooling, and it absolutely blows through everything.
Cons: Runs a little hot (60C at stock speeds under load), stock heatsink is garbage.
Other Thoughts: Buy it!READ FULL REVIEW
