Pros: This drive can handle heavy loads
Transfer speeds are reasonably high for this drive
Using this as a media drive
A lot of space
Easy to unlock full 3TB (2.72TB Formatted) Still A lot
Decent transfer speeds for the drive
Cons: Not DOA thankfully!
Other Thoughts: I compiled some numbers for this Sata 3.0Gb/s numbers for people to like to see some!
This is for a 10GB transfer showing IOPS and sequential read/writes...
Read - 147.9 MB/s
4 KB random single 103 IOPS
4 KB random multi 236 IOPS
Write - 142.4 MB/s
4 KB random single 238 IOPS
4 KB random multi 292 IOPS
Now 2 GB File

Pros: -2.4GHz & 5.0GHz ranges
-Medium to long range on both signals enough for a medium 3 story house.
-Gigabit WAN & LAN
-Design is nice Sleek Glossy
-The website to configure it is decently laid out to me
-Nice 24 port forwarding option would like more but to me thats more than enough
Cons: The router had a lot of problems in the beginning.
First is was not turning on and giving a sign of life.
Next it was not allowing me to log in to my dlink to configure it.
The first weeks it kept dropping WAN and LAN making it impossible to use.
Design is okay for some setups but with its height i can not fit it under shelving and hide/conceal it from view.
-NO INDICATOR LIGHTS the only thing is POWER and INTERNET. I wish there was a lot more than that like my old router to tell me if there was signal to the LAN ports or if something is on the USB but no. Shame
Other Thoughts: Price is high but for a next gen Wireless AC router its good not many AC products currently and is quite expensive. I would definitely recommend this to people who are switching to AC/Gigabit Connections.
I use a full gigabit network
-Arris 3.0 Connections Gigabit Switches Gigabit LAN cards and now a AC/Gigabit Router im a happy person!!
This review is from: NETGEAR WNR1500-100NAS N300 Wireless Router IEEE 802.3/3u, IEEE 802.11b/g/n
Pros: -Great Wireless range for a 2-3 story house with it going through a lot of walls.
-Does not disrupt my wireless connections to other routers.-
-Speed is decent for wireless, WLAN is nice not gigabit thats fine
-Antennas help with wireless
Cons: Antennas not a big fan but i dont look at it everyday like a book or a screen.
Other Thoughts: I use multiple routers in my house and with all them signals this has not dropped or been in a problem its great!!!READ FULL REVIEW
