Pros: If something is simply supposed to work, and it doesn't, I don't see anything to put in this section. How about I didn't lose a lot of money on a worthless device?
Cons: Tried on 2 different systems, and with 2 different drives that I know are good. Both recognized the device and drive as a removable device with no media. Operation of this item should be pretty straightforward, so I don't see a lot of opportunities to screw it up. No drivers involved, everything should be built-in to Windows. I tried going to the manufacturer's web site and perusing their support page. Well, that didn't work, the page was unreachable. Tried sending an email to them to ask for a little help. That was 6 days ago, and have yet to see any kind of response to my inquiry. I've considered sending it back, and, for the price, it just seems like a hassle. "You gets what you pay for", I guess. I learned not to patronize this brand anymore, at least.READ FULL REVIEW
