This review is from: HIKVISION DS-2CD2032-I Outdoor Camera - 3.0MP High Resolution IR Bullet Network IP
Cons: Could not configure 2 cameras I bought. I contacted Hikvision in China and they said.---
The units you have are likely a Chinese version. These units cannot be upgraded to English firmware. That is a factory process which Hikvision cannot do.
If you purchased on Aliexpress or....... or....... other unauthorized source, you will need to go back to your point of purchase for support.
If your serial number has a CH in the middle of it, it is a China Version, sold into China for the domestic China market.
Please advise on where you bought it and the serial number of the units. Hikvision is taking action where necessary to protect the Hikvision brand and all Hikvision customers from this type of activity.

I did send Greg attachments on the info he missed here but he seemed not to see them.
Based on the reviews I bought these cameras but it looks like I need a far better understanding on figuring them.
I did research some fixes but none I came across matched my problem. Some has said they were able to update the firmware others did not have any luck.
As easy as it sounded in the reviews I thought it would be a no brainer but it definitely not in my case. It doesn't help I waited well after the warranty period so I am to blame here.
I did try to contact Zonaway about possible fixes but no response.
Other Thoughts: China products are hit and miss. I did not read they were shipped from China till I made the purchase. But I have heard they are a great camera when you can get them to work.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Closet Trouser Organizer
Pros: Very Stylish and good looking pant hanger. Best price here on the Egg for shore.
Cons: Well everything came with the box. The problem I have is once the rods and gromets are in place, the full length is about 2 inches above the screw holes. Now I do understand that there is some pressure envolved but there is no possible way this would work. I would say the mounting assymbly to the wall was not cut right and the holes not drilled were they are suppose to be.
I did make it work by taking 2 of the wood spacers out and replaced one with a smaller width hex nut and 2 washers. Its not perfect but it will do.
Other Thoughts: I put about 2 hrs into this thing because as many of us think when we are putting things together, "I'm doing something wrong". Well I wasn't.
I believe this is a manufacturer defect.
In the process I cracked the center spacer, (while trying to make it work the right way) messed up the finish a bit.
Then why keep it? Because I am single, lol. But really I don't want to spend the extra cash to send it back either.
Pros: Coming from an NEC 1970GX that is 7 years old the picture on this screen is exceptionally sharp in 2D gaming. I have not used the 3D. High quality pictures are awsome as well. I also dont find my eyes getting as tired as they did with the NEC.
Cons: As slow as I am the menu tends to disappear faster than I can make a decision. I don't game better. I just see how vividly owned I get, lol.
Other Thoughts: I am only running DVI as of now. Waiting to get an AMD vid card for the full capabilities.READ FULL REVIEW
