Thermaltake V3 Black AMD Edition VL800P1W2N Black / Red SECC / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: 1 week to 1 month

Pros: -Nice compact size
-Nice AMD logo on the side
-Top exhaust ports probably can have a small water cooling mounted to it with a slight mod
-Not as heavy, but sturdy

Cons: -In order to install a front fan, they used 4 screws to hold the majority of it and then small pins to pop off the front face. Felt like I was gonna break the case trying to pop it off.
- Not much cable Management, but expected for a small case

Other Thoughts: If you get this case, go ahead and get a modular PSU, I would also recommend that you buy zipties or something to hold the wires together. Also before getting a PSU check the sizes because theres a L bracket that helps hold it in and if it goes to far, you'll start to cover the bottom fan slot

ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3 AM3+ AMD 760G + SB710 HDMI USB 3.0 uATX AMD Motherboard
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: 1 week to 1 month

Pros: -Decent price for the size of the board
-Everything worked when I got it
-Good for a low budget comptuer

Cons: - Wish it had a USB 3.0 header on it, but that was my fault for not checking
-Back plate didn't quite go in after it clicked, fell out multiple times.

Other Thoughts: I don't know if it's just my machine or the BIOS on the motherboard, but it takes a few extra seconds to load up BIOS than it use to. Meh I can live with it. Plan on replacing it once AMD makes a chipset that uses PCIe 3.0

ASUS GTX650-E-2GD5 GeForce GTX 650 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready Video Card
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: 1 week to 1 month

Pros: - Good GPU for the price I paid
- Plays most of my games on Ultra which shows its made for high settings

Cons: -The coolers fan felt a little flimsy like it was going to break under load

Other Thoughts: In my build its not the bottleneck, the bottleneck being the PCI express slot is the bottleneck. The 1 GB was slightly cheaper, but I opted to pay the slightly higher amount for that extra GB and I'm glad I did
