Pros: Good video quality, works well with Windows Media Center.
Cons: Pigtail Coax connector breaks easily making the card worthless; incompatible with some NVidia chipsets
Other Thoughts: Pigtail connector used to connect the card with a COAX cable is far too flimsy. Any amount of pressure on it can damage the tiny gold connectors causing the card to be unable to receive video signals. Rigid Inflexible Coax cables connected to it can cause excessive pressure on the connector, causing it to break very easily.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Great Price
Great general performance.
No fans = no fan noise
No extra power
Cons: Very large heat sink covers the entire PCI slot adjacent to the video card, so if you are planning to use these in an SLI rig think again because they will prevent you from using the slots next to them. If not for this, I would have given it 5 stars.
Other Thoughts: I put this into a Dell Inspiron desktop running Vista Home Premium. The card worked great in both 64 bit and 32 bit Windows, and worked perfectly with a Hauppaugue Win-DVR 150 card. Because there's no fan, it's quiet and therefore a good match for a living room Media Center PC.READ FULL REVIEW
