Pros: This card will play everything and anything on the highest settings at 1080p. Even though the drivers are still in there infancy, BF4 plays at 80fps+
Cons: The card I have has a super bad coil whine. It just screams when I start up a game. I'v read on forums that most of these cards have a little bit of a coil whine, but myn you can hear across the house. Iv read that it could go away so hopefully i dont have to hear this all the time. The top dvi port has been acting up and will flicker. Switched to the bottom one and everything is fine.. Not sure if this is do to the coil whine too.. Runs super hot.......
Other Thoughts: Since this card is a reference card, the cooler is cheap and isnt made for overclocking. If you dont mind voiding your warranty you can get an aftermarket cooler that will bring the temps down 30c. Also to keep the card from downclocking set the switch to uber mode. Or click it to the right towards the fan. Then in CCC set your fan profile to 60% and your temps wont go over 80c as long as your box has proper venting. Im giving the card itself 4 eggs. But the coil whine and the heat issues do need to be addressed.. Other then all that I am pleased with the performance.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: The fan(s) are great, moves LOTS of air! The looks of the fans are even better! Really quiet to, but what else would you expect its corsair!
Cons: Didnt really read into the diffrence between the AF and SP fans.. Figured id do the one with more CMF.. Well the SP's work better for my H100i and now i gota buy 4 more AGAIN.. The AF's still work for the h100i and still cool great but if i really start to push things (ocing at high voltages) i want as much airflow and pressure as possible to cool it down.
Other Thoughts: Might be a good marketing trick to add on the SP's page and on the website that they are great for water cooling kits instead of (High Static Pressure Case Fan), and the AF's are great for exhaust and intake fans for a case..
Oh well my fault for not reading everything before saying here take my money.. lol
This review is from: CORSAIR Hydro Series H100i Extreme Performance Water/Liquid CPU Cooler. 240mm
Pros: This cooler does its job and plus some.. Have had myn for afew weeks now and it keeps it super cool. Was a breeze to install and now with adding 4 new fans (Corsair Air Series AF120 Performance Edition) It stays even cooler even with my super clocked AMD 1055T running at 4.2ghz at 1.5v
Cons: None really, would like to see a thicker rad in the future i guess..
Other Thoughts: @RunningRabbits, I have the same mobo, its really not the cpu getting to hot its downclocking because its pulling to much juice through the the 4 pin cpu power module, and it gets hot, have melted part of it pulling to much through it.....
