TRENDnet TV-IP410 640 x 480 MAX Resolution RJ45 SecurView Pan/Tilt/Zoom Internet Camera
  • neweggOwned For: more than 1 year

Pros: Bought these to monitor the front and rear of the house and they've been running for a year, without any issues. Solid build and they are compatible with all the better monitoring apps for BlackBerry, Android, etc. You can also find the code on the net and make your own website. Great warranty (3 years) and easy to configure.

Cons: The resolution is VGA quality, so it would have been nice to see the option to go higher; however, you can still make out faces. This model does not do night video. You'll need to pay more for the model above. Doesn't have optical zoom, but for the price, it does a good job.

BlackBerry Torch Black 3G Unlocked GSM Smart Phone with Touch Screen & Full QWERTY Keyboard (9800)
  • neweggOwned For: 1 month to 1 year

Pros: The touch screen and hardware keyboard make it so fast to navigate. The universal search function is great when trying to find an email, memo, contact, calendar item, mp3, video, website, etc. Tons of great free apps from App World if you're frugal like me; however, I've bought a few that I couldn't do without. Of course, being a BlackBerry all your email, facebook, myspace, BBM, sms and all the other social apps show up in your inbox! Awesome keyboard and the touch screen keyboard works great, too. Does multimedia very well and the browser is great. I could go on forever! :-D Plus, it makes me feel cool and professional and not a teenager with one of those other types of phones... BTW, to all those people who complained about the lack of languages, that's a limitation of the carrier code. Other carriers support different languages and there are tricks to install other carriers code onto an ATT branded device so you can have multi-languages.

Cons: The touchy top keys for locking and muting; however, that's minor stuff. I can't think of any other things that bother me.

Other Thoughts: Get one and you'll be happy!
