Pros: Worked exactly as it should for almost a year and a half.
Cons: Blu-ray reading failed 5 months out of warranty under moderate (2-3 Blu-rays read a week).
Other Thoughts: Another 7 months and I would have found it passably acceptable, given the cost.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Works as it should, the USB 2.0 ports get the speed they should as do drives plugged into the USB 3.0 ports. Charges 1A devices well. Compact for the amount of ports provided. Runs cooler then expected, even when charging an iPad Mini and iPhone. Second backup drive has been running through it with no errors since it arrived.
Cons: Would be helpful if there was a front or side mounted USB 3.0 port, it's awkward/odd looking to plug in anything that uses USB 3.0 and that uses a cord. Full-size tablet (iPad Air 2) doesn't charge though hub (not that it was expected to do so from the description, just noting).
Other Thoughts: The 3.3 foot cord was a bit short for my use case, it has a bit less reach then you'd think due to the honking USB 3.0 Type B end.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Runs quiet in my full size case, love the 2x DVI and display port options. After a month of heavy use no problems to report.
Cons: None beyond the same cons the reference card has.
Other Thoughts: Looking forward to getting another one down the road.READ FULL REVIEW
