Pros: see below
Cons: see below
Other Thoughts: Great Sound and Features. Best I've found!! Initially the Bass was weak, but I downloaded an android equalizer app that had a bass boost feature and Now it is PERFECT. Has the best Tweeters/High frequency sound of the 3 brands I've tried. Can hear the High hat and Cymbals clear as a bell! LOVE that you can skip tracks directly from the speaker! Hard to find this feature on a bluetooth speaker at this price range. And can play music directly from a Micro SD card. Bluetooth range is pretty weak, but is for most of these devices. Sounds good up to about 10 feet, after that it cuts out sometimes. Doesn't go through walls well either. Battery life seems decent, and seems to turn off on it's own if left on accidentally after :10 mins or so, which is good. I've had no problems with mine.
The other 2 brands I tried were:
HDMX Jam- Nice bass and volume, but not great treble. Good sound overall, but not as good as the Veho in my opinion. About 10' bluetooth range also. No track skip controls. Low battery life. Battery dies really fast, and even faster if you forget to turn it off.
BLUETONE SOLO w/speakerphone- Great battery life, bluetooth range, Bass, and Loudness. But....I did not like the sound. Sounded very Mono, and Didn't have good sound for treble/ cymbals and high hats, vocals, etc.
Hope this helps you!
