Pros: It works. Transfer rate on my external is good.
Cons: I have no idea who makes this, but I think all their websites are in chinese so I couldn't google them.
The install disk is just a file disk with 12 different folders, which look like they are 12 different random pieces of hardware's drivers.
Windows did not detect the card when I installed it, so I had to find the right driver in the folder list. I can't remember which one it was exactly, but it says something about being USB 3.0 in the Readme.txt.

Pros: At $3/ea they were cheap.
Quiet decent airflow for being quite, though still not much airflow.
Cons: Each one was slightly different. My experience echo's another reviewer's where 1 was perfect, 2 were mediocre, and the 4th was the loudest of the 4 with the least airflow.
Other Thoughts: You get what you pay for and I only needed 3 anyway. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because I felt like I got my money's worth.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: It worked great for about 2 months. The fan is silent, the modular design is great.
Cons: It chirps.
One of the inductors are bad and it constantly has a very high pitched chirp when it's on. It's the perfect pitch where I can barely notice it until it gives me a migraine.
