Pros: Small form factor, powerful for my needs, one 6 pin connector and quiet
Other Thoughts: This looks brand new with the film tape to peel off and everything. Uninstalled old GTS450 drivers, popped this in, updated the drivers and it flies!
The thing I really like about this is that you can take the fan down to 25%, which is totally silent and the card is still in the 30's for temperature. My GTS450 would only go down to 40%.
It's my 4th EVGA card, my first being a GTX260 and I've been happy with all of them. Time will tell if the refurb was worth it.
My MMO ranges from 30fps in zergs to 60 running around solo. Dirt 3 was over 100fps on High with the AA at 4. Ultra settings with the AA at 8 took it down to 45fps. Alll @ 1080.
This review is from: Collection LED A19 7W 40 Watt Replacement Light Bulb, Warm White
Pros: Low power and really bright
Cons: Now I want to replace all the bulbs in my house.
Other Thoughts: My first set of LED.
Got these to replace the bulbs in the bathroom, the light that goes over the mirror. Oh my goodness these are brighter than my 13w swirly kind! I love it!
There was a half second delay the first time flipped the switch but it is even less than that now.
This review is from: Cooler Master NotePal L1 - Ultra Slim Laptop Cooling Pad with Quiet 160 mm Fan
Pros: Low profile
Does not need an AC Adapter
Drops my 2011 13" MacBook pro by anywhere from 2-10 degrees depending on idle or load.
Cons: The usb connection, it has an adapter on the end so you can plug in a mouse or whatever "without losing a port". However, that make the cord going back to the fan come off the side which will block your other port.
I think coming off the top or a diagonal Y design instead of a T would have been better.
Other Thoughts: Great cooler, fairly quiet and actually cools. Now lets see how long it lasts. :-)READ FULL REVIEW
