Pros: I know mine is an older monitor from Sept 2008 - But, It still works "Great" after all these years. The screen is still super sharp and crisp too, and the responsive time is awesome and quick. And I use it prominently for * Gaming * (I'm just a Guy!!), but I use it for video and music editing too.
Cons: No HDMI connector, but I purchased a BYTECC DVI-HM DVI Male to HDMI Female Cable Adapter to fix that issue. And sometimes the "Volume" control menu pop up on the screen now - for no reason, and it adjusts itself on it's own and then disappears( I have never used the built-in speakers since I've owned it ).
Other Thoughts: The spinning foot on the bottom of the stand is annoying, so I glued it in place - never to spin again. I also added 4 - 2 inch round rubberized pads to the stand, as I didn't like the small felt pads it had - it would slide on table when bumped.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: This time I installed a WD Blue 750GB, with a model number of WD7500BPVT. And it's still easy to open, and a snap to install the hard drive. Closing it was simple as can be, and re-formatting the HD to NTFS standards was smooth and trouble free. This review is basically to same as my other review down below.
Cons: Same as my other review that is 2 down from this one - The only "Con" I can see at this time, is that the cable for this is "Thick"(3/8"). Wish it was "Thinner" like the cable to a wired mouse or keyboard, which is about 2/8" thick and more flexible.
Other Thoughts: I am "Very Impressed" with my first Rosewill product purchase, so I went ahead and ordered another and this is the review for my 2nd Rosewill enclosure.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Very Easy to Use, As Well as Too Open.
Install of a WD Blue 1TB HD, Model WD10JPVT - Was Easy.
Transfer of Images, Data & Big Programs - No Hiccups.
Small, Light Weight and Compact in Design - Clean Looking.
It is Backwards compatible to 1.1 & 2.0 USB, and I Tried it On Older OS Computers that I Have Still - With No Issues.
Cons: The only "Con" I can see at this time, is that the cable for this is "Thick"(3/8"). Wish it was "Thinner" like a wired mouse or keyboard cable, which is about 2/8" thick.
Other Thoughts: Besides the "Con" of cable thickness, I went ahead and ordered another one - I was Very Impressed.READ FULL REVIEW
