This review is from: Mushkin Enhanced Ventura Plus 64GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive Model MKNUFDVS64GB
Pros: A great drive, quality metal housing and lives up to the usb 3.0 speed expectations.
3x faster than my fastest usb 2.0 when writing files. Very happy.
I like the design and I like removable caps.
Price keeps dropping on these.
Cons: Wish I bought it sooner, costs more than some others but totally worth it.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: I upgraded my router tonight and did a speed test, i am getting 12 mbs faster internet then I was before!. Exactly what i was hoping for. Nice long cable. USB 3.0
Cons: Don't expect much until your router matches the specs of this adapter.
Light is a little more than necessary but I just point it away from my chair.
I had a problem making it work in the usb 3.0 port.
Tp Link tech support: they may be available whenever, but the person I spoke with was far from a tech wizard.
Other Thoughts: Bought this on sale before i upgraded my router to a "n" 5ghz dual band. Before upgrade my speeds were only slightly faster but this connected (on startup) to my network almost immediately without fail, while the one it replaced, took up to 5 minutes.
Works great on windows 8.1
This review is from: Corsair 64GB Voyager Slider USB 3.0 Flash Drive (CMFSL3B-64GB)
Pros: Works and the read speed is good. Has excellent sale prices.
Cons: USB 3.0 speed is horrible. With larger files, my Patriot 2.0 writes at 20-22mb/sec while this drive using the 3.0 port writes the exact same folder at 16-18mb/sec. Cheap thin plastic cover which must be held correctly to get into USB slot without retracting. Big fat drive.
Other Thoughts: I upgraded my USB drivers and tried this on both the front and back case ports. Returning it incurs an apx $4.50 restocking fee and apx $9.5 ups return shipping if bought through this site, although I shipped USPS for less than half that price.READ FULL REVIEW
