Pros: All three sides are exactly the same an can be moved around. Not only that, you are supposed to be able to flip top with bottom and change the motherboard orientation. Super clever! Same frame and panels as Suppressor F1, all panels including front are interchangeable.
Cons: Weird 2.5" drive mounting
Other Thoughts: I replaced the plexiglass window with black mesh and mounted it on the top. The meshed panels are on both sides. Removed the large front intake fan and mounted it to the top mesh as exhaust (requires little dremelling of the case and one fan corner, nothing major). Mounted a 120mm CPU cooler on the front. Running overclocked 6700K and overclocked GTX1080 with no problems, low noise and cool. The 2.5" mount is weird but workable, needs improvements.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: ASUS GeForce GTX 1080 Founders Edition
Pros: Runs cool and overclocks easily, fastest single card right now.
Cons: Expensive obviously. It may not be a good value for 980Ti owners, only about 20% faster at most when overclocked.
Other Thoughts: I feel slightly underwhelmed. I have a factory overclocked EVGA 980Ti and this is maybe 20% faster at most. However, I noticed significant improvement in PhysX in Borderlands 2 and Borderlands Pre-Sequel: I can run at highest PhysX settings and no more stuttering during large explosions. It overclocks easily too. At 1900MHz there is at least 10% boost in performance, breaks 10k mark in Firestrike Extreme, while still well under 80C.
One egg removed for hype. This is not quite the revolution as Nvidia would like us all to believe. It's a solid card but it feels just like any other previous upgrade to me.
This review is from: GeChic 2501C 15.6" HD LCD Portable Monitor - HDMI VGA with Built-In Speakers
Pros: Really slim and light.
Cons: I wish it was black and had Display Port.
It requires two USB2 ports to power up and won't run from a AC/USB power brick, it detects USB connection to a computer to power up. If the machine has USB then it works with one port.
Other Thoughts: I'm downsizing, going small and I needed a spare display for troubleshooting and installations that won't take up much space and can be put away easily or that I can easily carry to a computer at another location. This is it. With the stand removed I can hang it on the wall. I taped a piece of string with Gorilla Tape on the back. When I'm done it goes easy in a drawer. I just wish it was black and that it also had a Display Port for more flexibility. I'll have to get a mini VGA cable. Image quality is pretty low, but considering the purpose this doesn't bother me.READ FULL REVIEW
