Pros: An abundance of resources, 6 SATA ports, 2 G34 sockets, 16 RAM slots. Both of my builds have been rock solid, I can go weeks to months with no need to reboot.
Cons: Normal SATA ports are SATA II, you'll need the Pike card, or a seperate SATA controller to get SATA III.

Pros: Fantastic board, I'm running two of them at home, one with dual 6120's and another with dual 6212's. Neither board has given me any problems in over 2 years. Also had no problem running ATI and Nvidia graphics cards simultaneously for 4 monitor support.
Cons: I can't think of any.
